30 Day Photography Challenge Day 13: Seafood
Lucky for me this challenge lined right up with one of my favorite food trucks being in our area - On The Hook Fish and Chips Food Truck! They offer one entree only: 3 pieces of hand-battered line-caught wild Alaska cod, beer-battered fries, with their own recipe of tartar sauce and sriracha mayo (which I'm pretty sure is sent directly from heaven).
From their website: "Developed by two young University of Wyoming engineering students in May 2016, On the Hook Fish and Chips has evolved from two students with connections to a multi-truck enterprise serving hundreds of thousands in Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Utah, Idaho, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Montana."
